The ad is in good condition with normal aging seen across the pages with light tearing on the all sides of the page where the staples originated and was carefully removed from a 1936 Times Magazine. Black Ink Smears found throughout the ad, pink staining on right, stain running vertically through middle of page. Some tearing can be covered with a frame. Print Ad dimensions are 8.25in Wide X 11.5in Tall. Ad will be placed in a covered sleeve with two pieces of cardboard placed on both sides of the ad and placed into a bubble mailer to be sent.
