The ad is in good condition with normal aging and was carefully removed from a 1938 Times Magazine. Light tearing on the left side of the page where the staples originated. Large tear at top left about 1.25in two areas. Light ink staining observed throughout the ad. Frame will hide any light tearing. Print Ad dimensions are 8.25in Wide X 11.5in Tall. Ad will be placed in a covered sleeve with two pieces of cardboard placed on both sides of the ad and placed into a bubble mailer to be sent.
