1940’s Black Skirt

1940’s handmade high waisted skirt. You can tell it has been repaired several times but good vintage condition. There are spots with more wear than others. Please take a look at the pictures and ask any questions! I am about a size 2/4 and this is slightly too snug for me. Waist 11.5” Hips 19” Length 28”
