However, her most prized creations were the beaded bags from Italy and Belgium. This Framed Valise Gunmetal and Black caviar and seed beaded gem is a handmade treasure from Belgium. In a spectacular overlapping fan pattern arrangement, this rare Walborg Evening Bag from the late 1940’s is stunning. Each of these high-end models took over many months, often over a year to complete. None were alike. Even the frame wrapping was done by hand. The effect is pure glamour and you will know right away that this is not a mainstream evening bag. This is a used item, and like all used items, they are subject to a certain degree of wear and tear.
