Mannequin 26” waist w/ no clothing under and fits, so ideal wearer has waist 24-25 or less or use corset. National Recovery Board & Labor Union tags. Missing 1 of 4 front jewel buttons & 2 sleeve buttons. Messy threads at buttons.
