1940s Jantzen knit playsuit

Vintage mini romper style swimsuit in a black soft, thick, terry cloth material. Straps have hook in the back and can be worn straight or crossed. Full built in shorts under the skirt. Very good preloved condition with some paint chipping on the strap buckle (which are little bows!) and very minimal seam twisting. Extremely sturdy and wearable. Marked a bust size 40, approximate best fit for a modern M/L, see measurements. Lots of stretch Bust: approx 36” - 42” (18" - 21" flat), open back waist: 26" - 32" hip: 32" - 41"
