This is a matching footed Cambridge Glass Elegant Glass Era creamer & sugar with a scalloped/ruffled edge in their popular "Rose Point" pattern. Rose Point was a popular and extensive line with many pieces produced from 1934 - 1958. The etch features wild roses and ornamental medallion repeated on each piece. Great for a wedding, shower or tea party or any holiday dinner with the family. I have other pieces in this pattern so please check my listings.
Elegant glass is not depression glass, the time periods overlap but elegant glass involved fire polishing by hand and other hand finishing in the creation process and was expensive to buy when new. A striking display piece which can be used functionally as well.
Size: creamer 3.5″ h, open sugar 3" h
Condition*: Excellent condition, no cloudiness in the glass just a few light scratches here and there as one would find in a gently used piece of this age.
