1940’s Silver Plate & Rhinestone Cuff Bracelet

This cuff fits a 7 inch wrist but has a some give to it. it may be some kind of silver. It is definitely in the 1940’s design era which mostly produced these floral designs as brooches. Anyway, it is just as cute as those collectible brooches. Time to let it go!
