1940’s Style Betsey Johnson Polka-Dot Silk Dress

Silk green Betsey Johnson dress from early 2000’s. Size 4. Mint green polka-dots, silk covered buttons on front are decorative only. Side zip closure with hook & eye. Ruffle details along waist and bust line. Flattering ruching on bodice. Polyester lining. Straps are adjustable from interior- button closure- see pics. The “original price” is a guesstimate. I bought this dress about 20+ years ago, cannot recall how much it cost originally. No stains, tears, etc. I may have worn it once in my life.
