1940s abstract dress

1940s day dress vintage 40s brown with blue abstract feather swirl design. comes with a matching belt tie. The browns are dark brown and amber with blue feathers. This is very large on me, but will be so awesome on someone who fits it appropriately. Purchased at a vintage shop when I was a size Medium. Excellent condition- looks like it was barely worn. There are no tags on this, but it measures 30" in the waist area. The material has a little stretch, so I'd say it would be best for a Medium or Large. Waist- 30" *comes with belt, so It can definitely fit 28" too. I am am a 24" for reference. Material - Polyester.
