1940s WWII era Australian navy deadstock sailor trousers. Extra high waisted and ultra flare bottoms. They hit about mid ribcage so slightly higher than your natural waist. Measure there for best fit. These are 29 inch waist (not natural waist) dark navy/black wool. Great piece. Unfortunately they just don't fit in with my wardrobe.
