1940s handmade linen and lace ivory dress size 4

1940s linen and lace ivory dress. This dress was handmade by an expert seamstress. The workmanship is excellent, and the buttons are amazing. The dress has lace sleeves, 3/4 button front, a side hidden button closure, an a-line skirt with alternating lace, and linen panels. I very rarely come across a dress of this age in such pristine condition.
