mfg under fair labor standards this is a vintage 1940's leopard trim collar not at the time was very fashionable worn by women to dress up any coat or shirt sweater made to look like a natural collar with other garments. peace was originated from Africa is manufactured by and under the fair labor standards was given to me as a gift and is something that I think should go to the proper home.
