1940’s vintage metal belt 24 inches

1940s vintage metal belt worn by my mother in the middle to late 1940s when she had a tiny waist of 24 inches. Today it might also be worn as a necklace. It seems to be a combination of copper and a silver colored metal and shines up as a bronze color.
