The Mint mark is on the back.
The W it’s the artist signature look on back to the left hard to see or look on my page and you’ll see the same coin.

The S is on the back of the coin ONE then S DIME
The mark on the front is the makers initials marks

@barbiboykin your welcome the initials on front are vw and the S like I said is on the back meaning it was Minted in San Francisco which is still a desirable Dime because most were P & D and the S were also struck better. As most Proof Sets came from there. Now if you get the price out of it then great but normally it’s a $10-$20 dime.

Take that back could be worth as much as $300 I would consider getting it graded because also 1941 is a key date for coins because of the war. They melted a lot of the silver for the war.
App called CoinFacts download will tell you about the Dime. That price is for a 66 which 70 the highest.
