The dust jacket shows some wear on the binding and had been covered with a clear book cover to further protect it. Inside the book is in good condition. The book is smythe-sewn and one section has come partially undone at the bottom, however remains securely attached to the binding. All pages are intact with no spotting that I could see, however 1945 is written in pencil on the first page. There was a handwritten note by someone who was quite excited to have found this 1945 first edition that will be included.
