1948 Ohio Art #158, Circus Child’s Tin Tea Set (R0822) This is a rare and very desirable 16-pc child’s Tin Tea Set by Ohio Art known as “Circus” designed by Elaine Ends Hileman, famous artist of Ohio Art and the set includes the following: 1 Teapot (no lid) 2” H, 4” W and 3” in diameter 1 Sugar bowl 1.25”H, 3” W and 2” in diameter 1 Creamer 1.25”H, 2.5” W and 2” in diameter 4 Cups 1.25“H, 2.5” W and 2” in diameter 4 Saucers 2.5” in diameter 4 Plates 4” in diameter 1 Cake Platter (no lid ) 5”W and 4” in diameter This set is in good vintage condition, considering age, with normal age wear such as surface rust and lost of paint as shown in photos. All cups are marked: Ohio Art Co., Bryan, O. USA, no. 158. The Housekeeping Toys Collectors Guide shows this set on page 185 and a 21-pc set is worth $225.00.
