1949 PIN UP Watercolor Post-War Painting RAY PETIT Signed Original Nude Artwork

Will let the general photos do the talking on this one. Love this treasure! She definitely needs some TLC, moreso wear & tear to the edges and general edge/area discoloration, but there is so much potential. She’s beautiful! The addition of a great frame and perfect mat would make this a great focal point of most any room. She’s small, but mighty! There is edge wear & tear, yellowing and staining mostly along the edges, but the image itself is still bright & full of color! Unsure what this once hung from. There is a wooden “piece” affixed along the top that holds onto the painting. We’re not going to attempt to remove it. On the back, someone taped, (under the wood piece), a piece of cardboard. Now, I could carefully cut that away, but I will leave it because it actually gives the painting a little more stability - for now. This is on thick paper. Please see all photos! This is not perfect, but the image itself is spectacular. Even the color in the background is lovely. The white in her shoes, and the white meant to illuminate her hair is still quite bright.
