1950s Cahill Beverly Hills Wedding Dress. Embroidered off-white silk organza

Gorgeous, vintage 1950s William Cahill Beverly Hills wedding dress in incredible condition. Soft, off-white embroidered silk organza with princess seaming, slightly dropped waist, and a rolled boat neck. The back has a metal zipper and eye and hooks to cover the zipper. I did not do them all up when I tried it on, see last photo. The skirt is layered with tulle, net, and taffeta. I am wearing a large hoop skirt under the dress in these photos—not included. Without the hoop, I would say the dress is an A-line silhouette. The skirt’s beautiful pleats are accented with vertical lines of bows. I bought it for my wedding but changed my mind because it isn’t right for my theme. I am still absolutely in love with this delicate, stunning gown that makes you feel like a real life princess. This dress was estimated to be about $150 in the 1950s which is about $2k today. Size Small or XS. Measurements (has not been altered): Bust: 34” Waist: 24” Hips: open Waist to hem center front: 44” Shoulder to hem: 59” I am 5’9” and wearing 4” heels in the photo.
