1950s Cos Cob shirt dress with RARE original belt and green nature print

This adorable19 50s shirtwaist dress has a lovely pattern in a unique green color- it's almost like a very light olive green. The pattern has flowers, leaves, and butterflies. The original belt is included with the dress, which is a rare find with a dress of this age. The belt is elastic and fits snugly against the dress, with a leather buckle. Dress buttons up the front with a hook and eye closure at the waist. Material is light, great for warm weather, feels like cotton. Tag reads "Cos Cob." Fits like a modern XS, waist is tiny. The dress is in good condition for its age, with a few very small rust colored spots on the top right and left chest, have been resistant to cleaning. The inner collar area has some sweat stains. The cotton is worn in, so it is a bit thin, but feels very soft. The hem on the dress is 3" wide, so it can be let out more on the bottom. Measurements are taken with the garment lying flat.
