Probably best for XXS-S size. No fabric tag that I could find, but the outer fabric is, I believe, velvet. And the inner lining is probably a muslin or cotton blend. Measurements are approximate and taken laid flat. The waist can also be buttoned more tightly (closer to 10-11” laid flat).
