Rappi was a couture designer from Spain during the 1950’s and ‘60’s. Three Rappi designs online range from $300-600. A dry cleaner should be able to restore all the pleats.

length from back waist above drop-waist skirt -- 34"
No rips, tears, snags, but some discoloration along bottom chiffon hem. Sash is removable.
