1950s Red Party Dress with Floral Rose Mesh Illusion Neckline Medium

Stunning 1950s red dress with gorgeous floral rose neckline and mesh illusion shoulders. Meant to look strapless, the mesh holds the floral fabric neckline and cap sleeves. It fastens at the back of the neck with a little hook and loop. The back of the dress zips for easy on and off. the waist has a corseted V shape and the skirt is pleated. There is a second underlay skirt to add a little volume. Just stunning! There are a few minor flaws, but for being over 70 she's a beaut! There is some fading under the arms at the arm pit (see photos). The only other issue is that the hemline uses a stiff strip of material to hold the shape and some of it has flipped and needs pressing to fix. I didn't want to risk damaging the fabric.
