Stunning vintage dress made by Candy Jones California. Waist measures approximately 11 inches flat. Pit to pit measures approximately 14.5 inches flat with additional stretch due to the side panels. Beautiful tropical floral fabric. Black, white and green color-way. Very good vintage condition. Zipper in the back. String belt to tie around the waist. The shoulder straps are to die for. There is a built in shelf to the bust see the photo of inside of the garment. Comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home. The straps have been altered see the last two photos. They have been sewn to the dress.

what's the max waist?

@claudiae426 I believe 23 inch would be the max waist. The elastic is stretchy higher up for the bust portion. That area has an additional 4 inches of stretch.
