1950s Vintage Henryk Winograd Art Nouveau Flowering Maiden Silver Pendant

This Vintage Art Nouveau box-like pin and pendant has a wonderfully detailed high relief cameo of a gorgeous young woman with flowing hair. She has a beautiful serene face that changes depending on the angle she is viewed, her head emerges from an open flower. The natural dark patina brings out all this art piece's fine details. It is marked on the side with the WH999 hallmark of Henryk Winograd* The piece measures 1.75" in diameter by .5" deep, total weight is 22 grams. *Henryk Winograd, one of the world's greatest 20th Century masters of traditional silversmithing techniques, passed away on February 18th, 2008 at 91. He was the leading practitioner in America of the historic art of Repoussé. Indeed a repoussé master, his items are very collectible.
