1950’s Vintage Shadowline Slip

Shadowline was a lingerie company, located in Morganton, North Carolina. It was founded in 1946 by Sherrod Salsbury, Jr. and the company remained in the hands of the Salsbury family, under the leadership of Sherrod Salsbury, III until 2009. This lace slip is in excellent condition and a vintage 1950’s piece. No holes, or tears in the lace or lining. Sleeve adjustable to 7” laying flat. A one-of-a-kind find for a lover of vintage pieces. The tag is the tell tale sign that this is a very rare 1950’s item. There are different tags for each decade. Size 32 is the size on the tag. I’d say size 0-2 or x-small. Check the measurements, there is no give in fabric, which really tightens up the natural figure. Nylon/Tricot No visible flaws. #214002
