Very cool jantzen swimsuit is all "Helanca" nylon. We think it was made in the 1950s, and based on the measurements we think it would fit a medium to large. It has longer sleeves than most swimsuits and is quite unique. It has a rust mark on the front, and a few other teensy marks, the lining at the bust has been cut out, but it is in otherwise great condition. The material is thick and it stretches, so bear that in mind when you are looking at the measurements. I have gently laundered it. Measurements 34" bust 24" waist 32" hips
