1950s or Earlier Black Long Circle Skirt A great basic piece to add to your collection! A metal zipper indicates 1950s or earlier. In great shape! See pictures for a couple white markings that should come off. Used to be pleated but pleating was ruined. Ironed straight. Pleating could be re-instated. Material is a silky plastic type feel. Not lined but shouldn't be itchy or bothersome. Measurements (flat): Waist: 12.5" Hips: free Length: 31.5" **I do my best to get accurate measurements. Please note they may be slightly off but should fit closely to these numbers**
