1950s rare Korell plus Vintage polka dot dress

Beautiful navy blue and white polkadot vintage 1950s dress by Korell in a rare hard to find vintage size. A previous owner must have loved this dress and lovingly attached heart patches to cover a few holes and a few more places for fun. Button up the front with a snap and bowtie at the collar, beautiful draped pockets, loops for a belt but not including. Three buttons are missing right at the waist, would be an easy fix. .42 inches from shoulder to hem, see photos for all other measurements.
