New without tags. Color is black python; design is embossed into 100% cow leather. Interior is red cotton with white polka dots. Full zipper at the top with matching leather zipper pull. Brass toned chain with clasps is included. Chain is removable and attached to leather tabs on clutch; see photos. Dust bag is included. Rate pattern and these bags are no longer made.
