1960-70's Blue Corduroy Hi-Elastic Waist Bell Bottoms W/Belt Strap Closure READ

Vintage 1960's-1970's, I am thinking 1970's is more likely but it could be 60's. Blue Corduroy, High Waist with elastic fit Bell Bottoms. Partial attached belt strap closure for cinching tight. Over 2 button and Abbot zipper. Waist with as little pull as possible on the elastic comes to approximately 28" It has about approximately a 3-4 inch stretch without pulling tight. Inseam: 31" Rise: 12.5" Cuffs at bottom: 25" around. Care tag is completely faded away. I do not know the brand. The elastic waist still has spring in it. It does show signs of age. No rips, holes, tears, or stains. Corduroy fabric does have fade and age signs. Please see pictures prior to purchase thank you.
