1960s 1970s Handmade Dress - Basket Weave Neckline

Don’t ask me to pick a favorite part of this dress. Between the color, the basket weave detailing, and the full button-down back, there’s just too much goodness. Appears homemade by a killer seamstress. Great craftsmanship on this likely 60s/70s era beautiful blue dress.
