1960s 70s VTG Mod Navy Yellow Floral Daisy 3D Flower Party Prom Maxi Dress S W26

A beautiful party dress from the 1960s or early 1970s! The sleeveless dress has a fitted navy blue bodice with a flattering scoop neck and a nipped waist. The long, gathered, full skirt is made from a vibrant yellow, white, & blue floral daisy print semi sheer cotton or cotton blend voile with a white lining. It features a yellow waistband with a long front sash and a navy and white 3D flower at the side waist. Back zipper and hook and eye closure. Fully lined. Such a special dress! Brand: Material: cotton or cotton / polyester blend Size: small Measurements: Bust: 34” Waist: 26” (up to 27” if the hook an eyes aren’t fastened at the zipper) Hip: Full Length. 55” Bodice Length: 14.5” Condition: Great vintage condition! I noted a little brown spot and a small pull just below the front waist, but it isn’t noticeable when worn. The side of the front bow/sash has been safety pinned to keep it in place on the side of the waist, but it can be removed if desired (the the bow itself is sewn on). The bodice lining is a bit faded/discolored, especially under the arms, but it appears clean. Honestly, if it weren’t for the faded lining, I’d think it had never been worn! I’m guessing it was only worn once or twice and immediately dry cleaned by the previous owner! Shown clipped to fit a size extra small / small dress form that measures 34" - 26"- 35”
