1960’s Babydoll Dress - size 14 (?)

I bought this online for 1960s party but knew it would need alterations and never got around to them. I’m just realizing now that it had a tag - I thought it was handmade. It looks like it’s never been worn. The bust liner has no discoloration. I can’t find any snags. It’s a fantastic blue that is slightly more sky colored than the photos are coming across. Length from shoulder - 38”
