1960s Cottage BLUE Roses Summer Dress L’aignon Sz M L

Beautiful lightweight summer dress with HUGE blue roses and green ribbon trim with bows. Boatneck, sleeveless, pleated skirt. Fastens with nylon zip up center back. Hook eye at back waist is loose and just needs some tacking down. I have this pinned in back to fit my dress form. Hard to see but a small very light spot on front bodice, see photo.
