1960's Cupcake dress

1960's Strapless Cupcake Dress. White ruffled skirting with lace. Barbie Pink sash and an AMAZING BOW!! Has 1 very small hole on left tail of bow but the way it falls, it doesn't show. This has been cleaned but not steamed. Marked vintage 9, union made. 18 across bust, 24.5 at seam below chest. That seam does not hit at the waist, its below the bust a bit. The waist hits n that very full skirt.
