Wonderful late 60s early 70s Flower Power Dress by Liberty Circle. With a beautiful Floral pattern, this sleeveless dress features ruffles from the side of the waist all the way down (on the side), and a belt. Back zipper, and hook at the top of the back. No Size Label. Estimated size S. Approx Flat Measurements: (Mannequin measures 34" in the bust area, 26" in the waist, and 36" in the hip) Bust: 34" Waist: 26" Length: 55" In good vintage condition, the hook closure on top is showing signs of rusting.
