1960's MAGDA MAKKAY gold leather mini evening purse with gold rope strap

Vintage 1960's MAGDA MAKKAY gold leather mini evening purse with gold rope strap. Excellent vintage condition with minimal signs of wear! Small rectangle with snap closure. Inside is clean peach fabric with a small black satin lined pocket and Magda Makkay logo. Strap is gold twisted nylon rope that can be worn long as a shoulder or crossbody bag or pulled together as a double handle strap. Measures 7.75" x 5" x 2". My IPhone XR Plus fits inside perfectly with extra room to spare. Magda Makkay was one of the original designers for Koret purses in the 1950's before launching her own handbag line in New York City.
