1960s adorable long dress polka dot dress, red white blue dress, tea dress by Elinor Gay Originals. The top has a gathered collar with full sleeves and white with navy polka dots. It is slightly sheer fabric. There is a red ribbon waist and at the cuffs. The full skirt has a navy background with white dots and red and white embroidered flowers.
