The fabric is a thinner cotton that allows for keeping cool on those hot days while looking so adorable. The colors are neutral, so it's easy to jazz up or dress down. The ruffles on the front with the collar add that extra touch of femininity. Measurements (flat): Bust (armpit:armpit): 17.5" Waist: 16.75" Hips: 18.5" Sleeve Length: N/A Arm Opening: 7.75" Shoulder to Shoulder: 13.5" Shoulder to Waist: 15" Length: 36" Only flaw is the stain on the INSIDE of the dress.
