1960s Vintage Damascene stamped Spain flower Brooch with center Faux Pearl

1960s Vintage Spain stamped Damascene flower Brooch with large center Faux Pearl. There is wear on top of faux Pearl. I don’t know if that can be fixed or not. Petals have black/Gold/Silver etched designs. This seems to be a rare piece. I cannot find another one like this. Just a similar one but not this. See pics for measurements.
