1960s Vintage Striped skirt Double Knit retro

NWT 1960s original to it's time! Totally that bright mod style of the 60s! Kinda style that just makes you happy. This designer, Jack Winter, was one of the forerunners of designing slacks for women in 1950-1980s. I was fortunate to find this skirt in such good condition! I do believe that the buttons on this skirt are the same ones on the dress pictured from an ad. NWT.
