1960s Vintage International Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU) White Lined Maxi Dress w/ Blue Flowers. 3 ties with belt loops, zipper in back, fully lined, likely made of organza & chiffon, a hook and eye at the top of the neck closing the chiffon over lay top.
