1960s blue cotton dress drop waist floral scooter dress by Cover Girl Size M

1960s cotton dress in a blue, tone-on-tone floral print. Drop waist with pleats on the sides, accented with covered buttons and bows. Fully lined. Metal zipper up the back. Very good condition but there is one tiny ink stain on the left side and some rust stains from a metal hanger inside on the facing. Made by Cover Girl.
