1960s true vintage party dress - Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Dress would be great for the person who loves to sew/alter vintage dresses, this one is beautiful, but needs a little altering. There are 4 pleats on the front. Someone took put the back two pleats at some point, however, doesn't change the overall look of the dress. A decorative button will need to be added at the back top.
