1960s-1970s Cocktail Dress

This dress belonged to my Grandmother. She took very good care of it. The 1960s and 1970s timeframe is my own estimation, based on the look alone. I could not locate a designer name. It is Size 12, but not a 2020s Size 12. It is lined with black linen, and there are a few holes in the lining. I cannot tell you much else. I am willing to negotiate on price.
