1960s 1970s VTG UNION MADE Vintage Union Made Navy & White Gradient Puff Sleeve Dress It is in very great vintage condition. The material is very soft and has some stretch to it!! This is very artsy fartsy - but it is also totally chic !! It does have a high neck almost like a turtleneck This would best fit a Medium for loose fit or tight fitting for a smaller Large !! Flaws: looks like it is missing an eyelet and hook other than that it's on good condition. Measurements: Bust: 37" Waist: 31" Hips: 36" Length: 43"
