1962 Medical Textbook Oddity "The Family Physician" - Possibly Haunted

This item is the 1962 edition of The Family Physician. This book provides education and guidance to medical treatment and care of it's time! This book has definitely seen its better days. The binding is damaged at the top of the book, but otherwise is in still working condition. There are some regular wear and tear stains on the actual pages themselves as well. I am considering this an antique oddity because when I gained possession of this item activity started to happen in our home. After opening its box and taking it out we heard a noise coming from our kitchen sounding like the magnetic door opener clicking as if somebody opened the cabinet door. After finishing our meal we went into the kitchen to find one of our cabinet doors open. Neither one of us remember leaving a door open and are 99% positive that all cabinet doors were shut. I cannot say for certain this item is haunted or has some sort of attachment, however, the timing of all of the activity points to this book as being the culprit.
