Salamander brand Made in Germany Circa 1964 Purchased from the Salamander Shoe Store in Cleveland, Ohio Original box included Genuine Quality Black Leather Sherpa Lined Kitten Heel Calf Height Boots Metal zippers Sz German 6F, US 8 *READ* Condition is really great for the age. Excellent exterior upper! They will definitely need a few minor things: 1) The heel caps need replacing See photos. 2) They need new sherpa insoles (you can buy those at most drug stores, or online) 3) The sherpa has separated at the seam from the leather footbed at the heel reinforcement inside the right boot. See photo. I do not know if this would affect wearing it, comfortwise. A cobbler can repair all of this! These shoes were made to last a lifetime, by having minor issues like these repaired over time. Feel free to ask questions!
