1970s Blue & White Wrap Skirt with Seahorse Appliqué

1970s Marine blue broadcloth wrap skirt with white seahorse appliqué on the side with subtle light blue stitched eye. This skirt is banded in white with long white ties extending from the banding, a button hole feeds the longest tie around the waist. It’s in very good shape with no stains, holes, or odors. Best fits a size large but is adjustable given that it’s a wrap skirt. Length is 26.5”
